Открыто ранее не известное свойство наружной земной оболочки, а именно ее четкая структурированность по оси вращения, сохраняемая в течение всей геологической истории (Макаренко, 1993). Теперь отменяются тупиковые линии в науках о Земле и ставятся новые проблемы.

Formerly unknown basic property of the earthen outer shell is revealed, that is its clear structuralism relative to the axis of rotation, maintained during the whole geological history (Makarenko, 1993). Now the deadlock theories in the sciences of the planet Earth are abolished and new problems are set.
